As young holiday goers, we loved the brand new annex with stunning views of the bay and hills. The room was spotless, comfortable, and had good wifi. The owner spoke excellent English and provided a few breakfast items and a coffee/tea maker. Great value for money, with a short walk to shops and bars.

We stayed at Sercotel El Balcon De La Bahia Suites for three nights on a leisure trip. The mini breakfast in the room and welcome drink were a nice touch, and the front desk staff were friendly and helpful. The location was great, with easy walking access to most destinations and just a 10-minute taxi ride from the airport. The hotel itself is cute and located on a lovely quiet street. The room, although relatively tiny, had a lot of attention to details, and we loved the complimentary champagne and morning snacks. The staff also provided excellent recommendations for local restaurants.
